im a old man~~~~~

one word to describe what is happening..SHAG...lol...went off for the new balance real run on sun morning...some track trails and sand running...to carry 74kg to run is somehow an achievement nowdays....hahaha...i couldnt kp up wif the pace of my fren sia..but then..its the first run for almost a yr..n for tt..im proud of myself =D after the run..i was having one of the worse headache man...was suppose to meet hill n gracie at 6 for haircut in wisma..n guess what..i woke up at 545...n wif a horrible headache to add on to it...thus i rush off to board a cab n arrived there slightly after 6. Had a nice dinner at pepperlunch which helps in making my mood beta~ lol...then went off to watch man u thrashing fulham. so what is the aftermath of all this? stiff and painful in my whole body...even moving my buttock hurts~ zzzzzzz...juz ta bao to eat.....n manage to catch 15mins of time to rest my eyes...oh man..im a old man.....so tired~ bleah~
